Expertise Development and Collaboration
In this role, you will become a sector expert in offshore wind inspection and monitoring services. You will actively monitor market trends and collaborate with colleagues, clients, and industry stakeholders to identify opportunities for Fugro to enhance the operational phase of wind farm projects.
Portfolio Development
You will lead the creation and execution of Fugro's inspection and monitoring solution portfolio for offshore wind, focusing on the mapping, modeling, and monitoring of wind farm sites. Your efforts will help establish Fugro as a leading advisor and delivery partner in the industry.
Innovation and Technology Advancement
Supporting the development of new technologies and methodologies for inspecting wind farm assets, both above and below the waterline, will be a key aspect of your role. You will leverage a global network of technical experts to bring innovative products and services to market, facilitating their worldwide adoption.
Market Leadership and Strategy
As the Solution Owner, you will serve as Fugro's market authority for offshore wind inspection and monitoring, representing both fixed bottom and floating sectors. You will drive the strategic roadmap for our solutions, ensuring they evolve in line with industry advancements.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in a relevant engineering or business discipline.
- Extensive operational or technical industry experience.
- Experience in the offshore wind sector, ideally from roles within wind farm operations, major component manufacturing, or maintenance contracting.
- A broad understanding of offshore wind inspection and monitoring regimes, technologies, and client needs.
