Project Manager - Offshore Wind Inspection and Monitoring

Location: Flexible

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 D.E

Job Purpose: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to drive the development and market presence of our client's wind farm inspection and monitoring strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a deep understanding of the offshore wind inspection and monitoring sector and related services.
  2. Lead the strategic development and implementation of inspection and monitoring solutions tailored to offshore wind farm sites.
  3. Establish and enhance our client's market reputation as a trusted advisor and key partner within the offshore wind sector.
  4. Support the creation and integration of new technologies and methodologies for inspecting wind farm assets, both above and below water.
  5. Act as the leading authority on offshore wind inspection and monitoring, covering both fixed bottom and floating sectors.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of three years' experience in the offshore wind industry, with a background in wind farm operations, manufacturing, maintenance, or similar sectors.
  2. Comprehensive knowledge of offshore wind inspection and monitoring practices, technologies, and client needs.
  3. Proven experience in leading innovation, particularly with new technologies like autonomous or remote operations.
  4. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with industry peers and clients.
