Job Title: Foundation Package Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foundation Package Manager to join our team at Green Recruitment Company. As a key member of our offshore wind team, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of foundation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the initiation to completion of foundation projects for offshore wind turbines.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and installation teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Implement and monitor risk management processes and safety protocols to mitigate potential project risks.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports for senior management.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in wind energy, specifically with offshore wind foundations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Must possess all relevant health and safety tickets applicable to offshore wind projects.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.

This position is based in Aberdeen, providing a chance to contribute to leading-edge renewable energy projects in a dynamic environment.

Compensation:

The successful candidate will be offered an annual salary of £100,000.

Contract Duration:

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential for renewal or extension based on performance and project requirements.
