QUALITY ASSURANCE LEADER

LOCATION: PONTYPOOL

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: PERMANENT FULL TIME
Salary: £50K, negotiable based on experience.

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Quality Assurance Leader with our client, a renowned specialist in the automotive sector.

This position is ideal for a Senior Engineer seeking advancement or an experienced Quality Assurance Leader ready to take initiative and work independently.

The successful candidate must possess a solid background in the automotive industry and demonstrate exceptional customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing, Monitoring, and Enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Conducting daily quality tasks as required (8D, 5 Whys, PPAP, etc.)
- Leading various audits (Customer, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949)

The Quality Assurance Leader will have relevant experience in a comparable role within the automotive quality domain and will play a crucial role in the broader organization, including managing KPIs and mentoring junior personnel.

Our client offers a competitive salary of £50,000, negotiable based on experience, along with 26 holidays plus bank holidays and a pension scheme.
