Job Summary

Atomic Talent is seeking a highly skilled Lead Analytical Chemist to join our team. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for leading analytical projects for top pharma clients globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement synthetic routes to APIs, supporting early and late phases of drug development
  • Demonstrate expertise in HPLC and troubleshooting LC methods to ensure accurate and reliable results
  • Use analytical methodology to characterise APIs and intermediates, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Validate and carry out technical transfer to colleagues in Asia, ensuring seamless integration of processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in analytical chemistry, with a strong background in HPLC and LC methods
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex analytical issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
