Job Title: Pharma Program Lead

Job Summary:

The Pharma Program Lead will be responsible for leading the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products and solutions. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop business cases, and execute product development and launch plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products and solutions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop business cases
  • Execute product development and launch plans
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the business to drive growth and profitability

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical business development, product development, or marketing
  • Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a related field (e.g. business, life sciences)
  • Experience in a leadership role or managing a team
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry trends and regulations
