About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Expert. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Service: Drive sales to achieve and exceed store targets, provide product knowledge to customers, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store standards, implement visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct brand, and take pride in creating an engaging shopping environment.
  • Operations: Process and replenish stock, ensure pricing of product is current and correct, and support in stock inventory management.
