About Us

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team in Matlock. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our local sales team in sales-related administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating introduction presentations and proposals for clients, highlighting the benefits of our services.
  • Develop and maintain client records on our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Process new sales and resigns through the CRM system, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Complete and issue customer agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor colleague's emails when on annual leave, ensuring continuity of service.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales documents, providing valuable insights for our sales team.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Excellent IT skills, with experience in using Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Previous sales administration experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Knowledge of tender processes would be advantageous, but not required.
