Future Immigration Coordinator Opportunities

About the Role:
The Immigration Coordinator plays a vital part in providing exceptional business support to a diverse range of clients by assisting Fragomen's European offices and the Associates and Consultants in an administrative capacity. This role offers exposure to a full range of immigration processes and administrative tasks, including:
- Drafting immigration applications in French, German, and Dutch
- Drafting support letters
- Maintaining Fragomen's database and client folders up to date
- Uploading case-related documents and government decisions onto Fragomen's database
- Drafting emails to provide updates on all immigration matters
- Contacting authorities for case updates and advice
- Filing applications on behalf of clients
- Completing case audits
- Rename, downsize, and organizing documents
- Taking on additional projects as required
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have strong administrative and data entry skills, which can be taken from either previous work experience or educational background. You will be comfortable working in a team with excellent communication skills. This role requires a high level of French, German, and Dutch language proficiency, ideally C level, but at least B2.
Additionally, you will need:
- Ability to work flexibly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills to achieve objectives
- Confidence in verbal communication
- Exceptional planning and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Proactivity and ability to act under instruction with limited supervision
- Ability to plan workload, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks
- Ensuring work completed is accurate, of high quality, and follows standard layouts
- Completing tasks within agreed timeframes and in line with expectations
- Implementing effective processes to manage workflow and meet deadlines
- Demonstrating proficiency in word processing, Internet, and email systems
Fragomen in Sheffield:
Fragomen's Sheffield office is based in the city centre, offering free on-site parking and several public transport links nearby. The office has approximately 400 people working collaboratively, creating a dynamic and positive environment with over 20 different languages spoken. You can expect a great working environment and regular events, such as Summer and Christmas parties, social, and cultural events.
