About the Role
The Immigration Coordinator will provide exceptional levels of business support to a wide range of clients by supporting Fragomen's Zurich office and the Associates and Consultants in an administrative capacity. This role will involve exposure to a full range of immigration processes and administrative tasks, including drafting immigration applications, support letters, and maintaining Fragomen's database and client folders.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft immigration applications in German
- Draft support letters
- Maintain Fragomen's database and client folders up to date
- Save and upload case related documents and government decisions onto Fragomen's database
- Draft emails to provide updates on all immigration matters
- Contact authorities for case updates and advice
- File applications on behalf of clients
- Complete case audits
- Rename, downsize and organise documents
- Take on any additional projects as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have strong administrative and data entry skills, which can be taken from either previous work experience or educational background. You will be comfortable working in a team with excellent communication skills. A high level of German language, ideally C level, but at least B2, is required.
Fragomen in Sheffield
Our Sheffield office is based in the city centre with the added bonus of free on-site parking, as well as several public transport links close by. The office has approximately 400 people working collaboratively and creating a dynamic, positive environment with over 20 different languages being spoken.
