About the Role:
The Immigration Coordinator plays a vital role in providing exceptional support to clients by assisting Fragomen's European offices and collaborating with Associates and Consultants in an administrative capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft immigration applications in French, German, and Dutch, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare and maintain Fragomen's database and client folders, ensuring up-to-date information.
- Save and upload case-related documents and government decisions onto Fragomen's database.
- Compose emails to provide updates on immigration matters, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Establish and maintain relationships with authorities for case updates and advice.
- File applications on behalf of clients, adhering to Fragomen's standards.
- Conduct case audits, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and rename documents, ensuring efficient file management.
- Take on additional projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will possess strong administrative and data entry skills, acquired through previous work experience or educational background. You will be comfortable working in a team, with excellent communication skills and a high level of French, German, and Dutch language proficiency, ideally C level, but at least B2.

Fragomen's Sheffield office is located in the city centre, offering free on-site parking and convenient public transport links.
