Integrity Program Manager

Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Compensation: £57.21 p/h PAYE (£118.9K per annum)
Working Hours: 9am-6pm

Our client is a leading technology firm, renowned for its influential social media platforms and messaging applications that connect millions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outline project scopes and develop, implement, and oversee project plans for the designated program(s).
  • Prioritize program objectives, comprehend and translate stakeholder requirements into actionable goals and deliverables with minimal guidance, and assist in decision-making regarding the prioritization of collective goals across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate the execution of risk and compliance activities, including statutory risk evaluations, regulatory inquiries, designing and testing controls, issue management, audits, governance, and compliance reporting.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Integrity for ISSO GRC, serving as a liaison between GRC, Legal, Regulatory Offices, and frontline business teams.
  • Develop and oversee risk and compliance-related frameworks and documentation, including an operating model, risk register, and transparency report guidelines.
  • Establish effective communication and engagement strategies with various Integrity stakeholders to relay project updates, solicit feedback, and ensure alignment across functions for timely deliverables.
  • Monitor key program metrics and escalate or define corrective measures for significant deviations.
  • Ensure documentation adheres to established internal processes and standards, is ready for submission, and is properly archived in the designated document management system.
  • Identify and address gaps in strategy, systems, and processes to facilitate scalable growth.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders within ISSO GRC and across Integrity teams to drive impact and achieve shared objectives.
  • Create and deliver presentations to enhance management understanding and influence decision-making.
  • Support business travel as necessary (up to 10%).
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in trust & safety, Integrity, content policy, transparency reporting, governance, compliance, or risk management.
  • Experience in Integrity or Trust and Safety, or compliance practices and solutions.
  • 3+ years of program management experience in a corporate setting.
  • Strong communication skills, with a proven track record of influencing diverse audiences, including senior leadership across both technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree and/or relevant certification.
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments, preparing transparency reports, responding to regulatory inquiries, audits, and designing controls to meet regulatory standards.
  • 3+ years of experience in a corporate environment subject to audits against federal or industry regulations.
  • Knowledge of global content regulations, content moderation practices, and best practices in internet trust and safety.
  • Experience in technology, financial services, consulting, or related fields.
  • Experience in information security and/or cybersecurity.
