About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Governance and Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Pertemps. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective governance and compliance of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our Boards, including managing logistics, organizing meeting calendars, taking minutes, and logging actions and decisions.
  • Board Recruitment and Management: Manage the recruitment, appointment, appraisal, and resignation processes for our Board members.
  • Governance Audits and Compliance: Support governance audits and develop improvement plans to ensure compliance with relevant external standards.

Requirements
