A1 Personnel is currently recruiting for a Compliance Engineering Manager on behalf of our client based in the UK.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Compliance System to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Provide support to the Head of Compliance in identifying and addressing training needs to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with EASA, UK CAA, FAA, MAA, and other relevant regulatory standards.
  • Assist in investigations and maintain records of company approvals and certifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective compliance practices are in place.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proven track record of ensuring compliance in a similar role.
