Role Overview:
  • The Security Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in the seamless execution of new projects and contractual obligations. This position involves ensuring that both new initiatives and ongoing contracts are effectively developed, organized, and executed, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • The coordinator will oversee the daily operations of contracts, which includes scheduling work, coordinating engineers, managing client relationships, collaborating with the works director, and addressing various client and project-related challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee projects from initial request through to customer approval, managing both in-house teams and subcontractors.
  • Develop and manage weekly work schedules.
  • Simultaneously handle multiple projects or oversee high-value single projects.
  • Lead a diverse range of security projects, including CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.
  • Prepare commissioning documentation and Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
  • Conduct toolbox talks.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Facilitate client meetings and deliver presentations.
