Job Summary:
Swindale Parks Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of products for the Food Manufacturing sector. As part of their ongoing expansion, they require a sales professional to cover the South of the UK, Birmingham down.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial responsibility for a customer base consisting of new and established customers, ensuring that margin and annual sales targets are achieved.
- Visiting customer sites is an integral part of this role, therefore flexibility to meet business travel needs throughout the South of the UK is required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable sales track record selling capital and/or consumable items into the Food Manufacturing sector.
- Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and high levels of personal hunger and desire.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
A very competitive package including a basic salary of £45,000 basic plus an attractive commission structure giving an OTE of £90,000 + company car, pension scheme and private medical.
