About The Role

We are looking for a proficient Solution Architect to engage with our transformation initiatives, steering changes from initial concept through to execution in our operational framework.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify and enhance incomplete requirements
  • Draft solution documentation and navigate internal governance protocols
  • Work alongside project managers and delivery teams to strategize implementation tasks
  • Offer oversight and assistance throughout the project delivery lifecycle

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce an initial Solution Architecture Document outlining the proposed solution scope
  • Design application-level architectures and provide detailed implementation estimates
  • Secure approval for solutions via internal governance channels
  • Assist in development and testing activities to ensure compliance with approved solutions
  • Contribute insights on project success factors and optimization of change processes

Your Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience as a Solution Architect within the software delivery lifecycle
  • Prior experience in the Insurance sector, preferably within the London Market
  • Expertise in data-centric architectures with multiple third-party integrations
  • Technical proficiency in cloud-based integration and data storage solutions
