About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Brandon James Ltd in Gloucester. As a leading construction consultancy, we specialize in project management and quantity surveying services across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • MRICS or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
