Quantity Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at i2i Recruitment. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for taking on projects at various stages, from inception to completion, and ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Perform traditional PQS duties, including contract administration and project management
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
  • PQS experience and knowledge of JCT contracts
  • Experience with Pre & Post Contract Duties
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Relevant Quantity Surveying Degree
