About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our team at Priory Group. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing support to our residents in a homely environment, promoting independence and ensuring a good quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless care and support
  • Provide training and guidance to Support Workers to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care or support role, preferably in a leadership position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of care standards and regulations
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
