Science Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to join our team at ERS Education Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a passion for inclusive education and a commitment to providing essential education to students with significant barriers to learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Science to students in a therapeutic setting
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of students with emotional regulation and behavioral difficulties
  • Build strong relationships with students and colleagues to create a supportive learning environment
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary education team to provide specialized support to students
Requirements
  • QTS/QTLS qualification
  • Experience of teaching Science to KS3 and KS4 GCSE
  • Therapeutic teaching approach and experience of working with students with SEN, MLD, and SEMH
  • Ability to build strong relationships with vulnerable students and colleagues
