About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Business Support Manager to join our Senior Medical Team within Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW). The post holder will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Medical Dean and Medical Senior Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Postgraduate Medical Dean, the Medical Senior Management Team (SMT) and associated workstreams.
  • Work autonomously, setting own work priorities, collaborating with multiple areas of the organisation and stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Organise meetings, conferences, and events, and take minutes at high-level meetings.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
