Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our team at Wells & Co Managed. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience in our pub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking food and drink orders and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment at all times, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring that our pub is presented to a high standard.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create a welcoming atmosphere and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and operating our point-of-sale system.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you are equipped to provide the best possible service to our customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and card transactions.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
