Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Leicester. As a Bar Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, efficient, and knowledgeable service to guests
- Work collaboratively with the Bar Manager and other team members to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
- Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders and serving guests
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards
- Develop a strong understanding of our menu and services to effectively communicate with guests
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
- Computer literacy and a professional telephone voice
