About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible individual to join our team as a Bar Team Member Match Day. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely, efficient, and knowledgeable service to our guests
  • Work collaboratively with the Bar Manager and other team members to achieve excellent service standards
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders and serving guests
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • A can-do attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing situations
  • Computer literacy and a professional telephone voice
