Procurement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our team at NPL. As a key player in our procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers on our procurement system.
- Process receipts and manage supplier order acknowledgements.
- Verify supplier accreditations and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Support the preparation and administration of procurement documents.
- Collaborate with the Transactional Procurement Team to ensure efficient procurement processes.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize procurement activities.
- Monitor and report on procurement activities, providing relevant management information to stakeholders.
- Ensure procurement activities are conducted in accordance with Health & Safety protocols.
