We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our client's dynamic sales team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Compile and analyze sales data, generating reports and providing timely insights to the sales team
  2. Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
  3. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients
  4. Manage sales and customer databases, updating records and ensuring data accuracy
  5. Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and events, including travel arrangements and logistics
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and campaigns

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
  2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and interpret data effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  5. Ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative team

Experience:

  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or sales coordination
  2. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  3. Previous experience in a sales environment will be an advantage
