Job Title: Sales Ledger Analyst/ Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Ledger Analyst/ Administrator to join our Finance Operations team at Bupa Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of sales ledger accounts, reconciling accounts and statements, and processing insurance premium payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of sales ledger accounts
  • Reconciliation of accounts and statements
  • Processing insurance premium payments
  • Maintaining Bupa customer account balances
  • Liaising with customers to agree balances due
  • Resolve queries to ensure balances can be paid
  • Review process to reduce debtor volumes
  • Partner with other teams across Bupa

Requirements:

  • Sales Ledger experience
  • Highly numerate, ability to manage financial data
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
