Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to assist with stock management, forecasting, and supply chain administration. The successful candidate will have previous experience in administration or telesales and a real desire to work within the supply chain industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with stock management, forecasting, and stock movement between internal sites
- Assist with supply chain management and administration for deliveries direct to customers and own sites
- Place purchase orders with suppliers, confirm delivery dates, and follow up on goods in bookings
- Liaise with Operations, Customer Service, and Sales teams on stock requirements
- Update supplier BRCGS documentation held on a central system
- Process invoices
- Assist with new customer enquiries from concept to conversion/closure
- Customs clearance
- Place stationery orders
- Previous experience in administration or telesales
- Real desire to work within the supply chain industry
- Experience dealing with BRCGS procedures beneficial but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Problem-solving skills
- IT literate
- Dynamic, motivated, reliable team player
