Supply Chain Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at a leading Fresh Produce business based near Maidstone.

This is a shift-based role working 5 days per week to support the activities of the operation, with a varied workload by season. The successful candidate will work every other weekend and have 1 fixed day off during the week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Import, check, and distribute all customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Plan and allocate daily customer orders in collaboration with Account Managers, Planners, and MRP teams.
  • Liaise with hauliers and customers to confirm delivery details and resolve any issues.
  • Process customer orders through internal systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor and check post-delivery orders, resolving any overs/shorts and claim issues.
Requirements:
  • Administration and sales office experience.
  • Positive, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Good mathematical skills and logical thinking.
  • Methodical approach with attention to detail.
  • Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft products.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
