We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Import, check, and distribute all customer orders
  • Plan and execute customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • Liaise with internal teams to allocate daily customer orders
  • Discuss and confirm any required changes to the Day 1 supply
  • Process customer orders through internal systems
  • Maintain and update relevant customer order requirements
  • Plan, book, and distribute all haulage details
  • Monitor and check post-delivery orders and resolve any overs/shorts and claim issues

  • Administration and sales office experience
  • A positive, outgoing, and friendly personality
  • Good mathematical skills and logical thinking
  • A methodical approach with attention to detail
  • Good computer skills, particularly with Microsoft products
  • The ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
