About the Role

MUFG is seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operations division, you will be responsible for developing, embedding, and managing the Operational Resilience framework, tools, and methodologies in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain robust Crisis Management response plans
  • Coordinate response to all emergency incidents, ensuring staff safety as a priority
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across MUFG to drive a united approach to Crisis and Incident Management
  • Support the Incident Management Team and Senior Management with timely coordination and response to incidents
  • Manage coordination of the London and EMEA regional annual HQ Tokyo regulatory assessment and reporting for Crisis Management frameworks
  • Support One MUFG's delivery in the EMEA region in line with regulatory and Head Office requirements
  • Manage all Incident and Crisis Management MI for the Operational Resilience team
  • Develop and deliver short and medium-term objectives/actions within the ORe framework
Requirements
  • Previous experience managing incidents and crisis events
  • Knowledge of working in the fields of Operational Resilience and Business Continuity
  • Understanding of ServiceNow Operational Resilience and Business Continuity modules
  • Communication and influencing skills to advocate for Operational Resilience and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Good knowledge and understanding of UK Regulatory policy statements on Operational Resilience, Third Party Risk Management, and DORA
