Position Overview:

We are seeking a key individual to enhance our operational methodologies, pinpoint existing challenges, and spearhead initiatives aimed at driving significant advancements in commercial performance and fostering a culture of ongoing improvement within our sales divisions.

Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial, this role involves close collaboration with the business transformation team to define and advance commercial excellence throughout the organization.

Your main duties will include leading and implementing a variety of commercial initiatives designed to enhance overall sales effectiveness, while also improving both employee and customer satisfaction. These initiatives are crucial for the continuous development of our commercial operations, ensuring that our global sales teams have the necessary tools and strategies to succeed.

Examples of initiatives include optimizing sales processes, managing sales pipelines, overseeing sales management, and enhancing the commercial skills of our sales personnel across international markets.

Candidate Profile:

  • Possesses a strong understanding of structured processes, innovation, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Experienced in the implementation and optimization of CRM and ERP systems, including data management and KPI dashboards.
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects and initiatives to achieve positive results.
  • Proven expertise in change management and project management, facilitating successful improvements.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a matrix organization is preferred.

  • Exhibits credibility and influence, effectively engaging key internal stakeholders.
  • Displays strong analytical skills, capable of quickly interpreting complex data.
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication abilities, along with strong presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, Lean improvement techniques, or similar approaches in Sales & Marketing is advantageous.
