We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control for a significant project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 standards within a multidisciplinary project environment.
- Champion the quality assurance philosophy across all projects through effective communication and training of project personnel.
- Act as a representative for the company, embodying its core values of integrity, reliability, safety, and quality.
- Oversee all electrical inspections related to installations, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive plans for inspections, testing, and quality assurance.
- Engage directly with clients regarding all QAQC matters throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical installations and materials, ensuring compliance with approved methodologies and specifications.
- Prepare detailed weekly QAQC reports based on inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
- Review designs and schematics to ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Ensure all equipment used by the company and subcontractors is calibrated and possesses valid certification.
- Compile and review handover inspection documentation, test records, and operation & maintenance manuals.
- Develop the Project Quality Plan tailored to each project, incorporating client specifications and relevant industry standards.
- Establish inspection and testing plans for each discipline, covering all phases from pre-construction to commissioning and handover.
- Maintain a monthly project QA dashboard to track quality metrics.
- Collaborate with project planners to integrate quality audits and hold points into the project schedule.
- Submit the Project Quality Plan for client approval.
Qualifications:
- Degree or trade qualification in an Electrical discipline.
- Experience in data center projects is highly desirable.
- Proficient in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
