About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Risk and Assurance Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the British Heart Foundation. As a key member of our Risk and Assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our success by maintaining industry-leading standards and delivering an exceptional risk and compliance service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external security support requests, providing high-quality service and accurate updates.
  • Assist with the creation of reports from multiple data sets to ensure our organisational risk profile is up to date.
  • Analyse incoming data and report back via gap analysis.
  • Process and triage security incidents on the internal case management system.
  • Provide administrative support, including inbox management, report development, and maintaining team documentation.
Requirements
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and intermediate Excel skills.
  • Effective administrative experience and comfort working with large, complex datasets.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, able to meet deadlines and multi-task.
  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Previous customer service experience.
Working Arrangements

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and either our London office or our Northampton office. You will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

We believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average.
