Position Overview

What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience within the UK water sector, showcasing a track record of cultivating and maintaining robust client relationships. This may encompass technical expertise in Wastewater Infrastructure design and/or hydraulic modeling.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management, team leadership, and personnel development.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities, capable of engaging in technical discussions with both colleagues and clients in a clear and logical manner.
  • Possession of a relevant degree or vocational qualification.
  • Chartered status with a recognized professional institution (such as ICE or CIWEM) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading a proactive project delivery team, accountable for the successful execution of a premier Infrastructure Water Company framework.
  • Acting as Team Lead and Line Manager for a variety of technical roles, including modellers, designers, and project managers, while fostering career development within the team.
  • Building and nurturing client relationships with key Water Company and non-Water Company stakeholders.
  • Overseeing project management and direction, which includes resource allocation, budget management, and program coordination across various disciplines.
  • Promoting continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
  • Contributing to the development of tender submissions and cost estimates.
