Overnight Support Worker

Dimensions is seeking compassionate Overnight Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Ash Vale. We provide support to three gentlemen and two ladies, aged between their 40s-70s, who have learning disabilities.

As an Overnight Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents during the night. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Regularly checking on residents to ensure their comfort and safety.
  • Providing assistance with personal care needs as required.
  • Offering companionship and support to residents who may wake during the night.
  • Completing domestic tasks that contribute to a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Supporting morning routines before the day staff arrive.

Our residents communicate in various ways, and we provide comprehensive training to all Overnight Support Workers to ensure effective communication and understanding.
