Job Summary

The Assistant Manager, Operations is responsible for managing overall store operations and ensuring the achievement of company goals and directives. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and loss prevention.
  • Assist with the implementation of Store Support Center programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive and safe work environment for all associates.
  • Participate in weekly management staff meetings and communicate issues to the appropriate Store Support Center department.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the District Manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail management experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and climb.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation

$16 - $18 per hour
