Financial Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Accounting Operations team in the Lincolnshire Head Office.

About the role

As a Financial Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, posting journal entries, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and preparing VAT returns.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the accounting team with general accounting activities
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prepare VAT returns

Requirements

  • Experience with general accounting activities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work accurately and methodically
