Financial Operations Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Accounting Operations team in the Lincolnshire Head Office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, posting journal entries, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and preparing VAT returns.
This role is integral to our finance team within the Trust, working alongside a group of people focused on promoting financial integrity and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have experience with accruals, depreciation, and fixed asset management, and be able to work accurately and methodically, especially at month-end.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
- Post journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare VAT returns
- Work accurately and methodically, especially at month-end
Requirements:
- Experience with accruals, depreciation, and fixed asset management
- Ability to work accurately and methodically
- Good communication and teamwork skills
