We are looking for a dedicated and strategic Senior Systems Executive for Pitching Operations to become a vital part of an international legal firm. In this essential position, you will improve the firm's global pitching capabilities and directory submission processes, ensuring outstanding performance and innovation in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of Pitching Infrastructure: Supervise the delivery and enhancement of the firm's pitching systems and methodologies.
  • Strategy for Directories: Oversee the directories strategy, facilitating communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Centre of Excellence for Pitching: Create and manage a thorough change and communication plan.

Core Duties:

  • Lead the implementation and improvement of global pitching automation features.
  • Offer expert guidance to end-users, improving their understanding and use of pitching systems.
  • Administer the standard content library and processes, ensuring high-quality standards across all pitching efforts.
  • Serve as the primary support for all inquiries related to pitching and directories systems.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies, including newsletters and engagement initiatives.
  • Support team efforts through workshops and training sessions.
  • Evaluate system performance and promote user engagement.
  • Create and launch reports to provide insights into pitching activities and return on investment.
  • Oversee global and national directory submissions, enhancing firm and lawyer rankings.
  • Encourage a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a comparable systems role.
  • Experience with database configuration, data analysis, and data management.
  • Familiarity with pitching, credential capture, and directory submission processes.
  • Strong project management abilities and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
