About the Role

The Finance Team at Carr Gomm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Officer to join our National Service team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing financial support and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our finance department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform financial and administrative tasks, including bank reconciliations, management accounts, and weekly bank transactions.
  • Contribute to the development of the Finance department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Demonstrate and promote Carr Gomm's values, including Choice, Control, Interdependence, Respect, Openness & Honesty, and Efficiency, in your day-to-day work.

Requirements

We are seeking a proactive learner with excellent organizational and planning skills, who is enthused by our work and shares our values.
