Job Description

Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer - SC Cleared

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team at ECS Resource Group Limited. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for leading and owning ServiceNow deliveries, guiding and mentoring team members, and defining and implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and own ServiceNow deliveries, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Guide and mentor team members to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Define and implement best practices for ServiceNow implementation and administration.
  • Participate in design, development, and deployment phases in ServiceNow.
  • Develop and maintain complex ServiceNow configurations, including assignment and approval rules, business rules, and UI actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and processes.

Technical Expertise:

  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist & Admin certification.
  • Experience with core ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management.
  • Proficiency in Java Scripting and scripting languages.
  • Experience with creating custom related lists, access control lists, and script-based UI policies and client scripts.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of ServiceNow experience.
  • Active SC Clearance.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes.
