  • Participate actively in client meetings to provide project updates and engage in design discussions.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Conduct formal and informal performance appraisals, identifying areas for development and growth among engineers.
  • Estimate engineering work effort and plan resource allocation effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of proven experience developing ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Proficiency in various ServiceNow areas, including custom development, scripting, reporting, and more.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS, and API development.
  • Familiarity with modern programming languages such as Java and Python.
  • Experience working within Scrum/Agile methodologies and a client-centric consulting environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Leadership experience in guiding junior engineers and developers.
  • ITIL Foundations certification.
  • Experience with scripting languages and infrastructure automation technologies.
