About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Asset & Sustainability team as an Asset Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and implementation of energy efficiency and retrofit projects to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Monitor ongoing retrofit programmes and develop detailed evaluation processes to ensure lessons learnt are applied to improve outcomes of future retrofit programmes.
  • Coordinate with Asset Management and Compliance teams, as well as GLH Contractors to ensure existing Renewable, Low Carbon Heating, Ventilation, and other sustainable systems in GLH Homes have agreed routes and processes to enable efficient maintenance and repair.
  • Monitor the EPC Register to ensure all EPCs are in date, and ensure that all energy audits have been undertaken and recorded.
  • Support the Head of Property & Sustainability to identify new funding streams for retrofit works and support with the preparation and submission of bids for grant funding.
  • Support the Head of Property & Sustainability in the delivery and implementation of the Sustainability Strategy.
