They oversee both new construction and renovation initiatives across various sectors, managing projects that involve JCT contracts with values reaching up to £5M.

Opportunity Overview

This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals holding A Level (or equivalent) qualifications who aspire to embark on a fully funded Quantity Surveying degree apprenticeship.

Training and Development

The organization boasts a robust history of mentoring and developing Quantity Surveyors, steering them towards RICS accreditation and further professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the site-based Commercial Team
  • Manage financial cost control of ongoing contracts
  • Conduct financial reporting for current projects
  • Enhance the financial performance of active contracts
  • Oversee cost control of construction contracts
  • Engage in purchasing and negotiating Subcontract orders
  • Process payments and monitor Subcontractor progress
  • Report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and/or Commercial Manager
