Cruise and Resort Booking Specialist

As a key member of our team at HHH Affiliates, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients. Your expertise in cruise lines, itineraries, and travel regulations will enable you to provide personalized advice and recommendations, ensuring seamless and enjoyable booking experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Assist clients in selecting and booking cruise packages, including accommodations, excursions, and travel insurance.
  • Cruise Information: Provide detailed information on cruise itineraries, ship amenities, and cabin options to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Communication: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, responding promptly and courteously to client needs.
  • Customization: Tailor travel packages to meet clients' specific needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Booking Management: Process payments and manage booking records using our reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest cruise industry trends, promotions, and travel regulations to provide expert advice.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues or concerns that arise before, during, or after the cruise, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals, driving long-term growth and success.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in travel booking or a related customer service role is essential.
  • Cruise Knowledge: Knowledge of major cruise lines and destinations is highly desirable, but not required.
