About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team in Coventry Cannon Park Branch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue through effective product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Utilize social media and other marketing channels to promote offers, generate customer engagement, and drive sales leads.
  • Event Participation: Participate in promotional events and activities to increase exposure of the branch and drive business growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the branch, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a related role.
  • Sales Record: A proven sales record, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of travel products, including tour operators, airlines, and accommodations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.
