Cruise and Resort Booking Specialist

As a key member of our team at HHH Affiliates, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients. Your expertise in cruise lines, itineraries, and travel regulations will enable you to provide personalized advice and recommendations, ensuring seamless and enjoyable booking experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Assist clients in selecting and booking cruise packages, including accommodations, excursions, and travel insurance.
  • Cruise Information: Provide detailed information on cruise itineraries, ship amenities, and cabin options to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Communication: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, responding promptly and courteously to client needs.
  • Customized Travel: Tailor travel packages to meet clients' specific needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Booking Management: Process payments and manage booking records using our reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest cruise industry trends, promotions, and travel regulations to provide expert advice.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues or concerns that arise before, during, or after the cruise, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in travel booking or a related customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Cruise Knowledge: Knowledge of major cruise lines and destinations is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities are necessary for managing multiple tasks and clients.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using reservation systems and CRM software is required.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy is necessary for ensuring client satisfaction.
