As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of customer service and food quality are consistently met.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of restaurant staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Coordinating with senior management to achieve business objectives
- Monitoring restaurant performance and implementing improvements as needed
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
We offer a competitive salary of £43-£46k per annum, inclusive of tronc (every penny of the service charge is shared between the team in the restaurant). This is a full-time role, requiring 45 hours of work per week.
